FAITH GROUPS ARE WORKING TOGETHER TO BRING ENERGY EFFICIENCY, COST-SAVINGS TO COMMUNITIES

Appalachia — New resources are available for energy efficiency,  and nonprofits,  congregations, and households are poised to take advantage and save money through weatherization as well as investments in clean energy appliances. Media are invited to join this informational webinar hosted by faith groups to encourage communities to work together to take advantage of these federal resources. The session will include specifics on how to access resources for energy audits for buildings, as well as tax credits and rebates for household purchases – from refrigerators to furnaces.
