Whether we think about it or not – every one of us is connected to the farmers of our nation.
Across Pennsylvania, our farmers are the backbone of our communities, and they deserve resources to sustainably farm their land for years to come. That’s why we need to make sure that farmers – especially small-scale family-owned farms and farmers of color – are supported and incentivized to practice sustainable and pro-conservation farming techniques. This year, at the federal level we have the chance to pass the Farm Bill that can help provide that very support.
Hear from PA’s Department of Agriculture Secretary Russell Redding and our policy experts as we discussed the importance of this piece of legislation and what it means for Pennsylvanians.
